The ‘turnkey’ construction of the chemical industry facilities is the traditional field of experience of Safe Technologies Industrial Group. Methanol free formalin and synthetic resin shop installed in the premises of the company Karelia DSP was the very first project of the company. Since then more than 10 large-scale facilities and chemical production plants were erected.

Constantly increasing formaldehyde emission requirements led the board production industry to an inability of producing resin in other way than based on methanol-free concentrated formalin. This, in turn, makes small-scale formaldehyde plant located on-site indispensable for wood processing enterprises, as the methanol-free formalin cannot be transported.
Managed by programmable logic software, highly automated free-methanol formalin / UFC plants manufactured by Safe Technologies Industrial Group are environmentally friendly. Emissions purified by catalytic converter are virtually negligible, contaminated effluents are also absent due to a closed cooling circuit use.
