The next batch of TDP-2-2000 equipment to Estonia is supplied

Slate sludge pyrolysis equipment

ST IG continues to fulfill its obligations under the agreement with the Estonian slate processing concern Viru Keemia Grupp. Recently, a regular batch of equipment for TDP-2-2000 continuous pyrolysis plant arrangement for the slate sludge processing was shipped from the manufacturer’s site. Scope of supply includes the condensation assembly and the operator’s unit.

 

The new facility has fundamental distinction from previous models: a modified screw of the pyrolysis assembly guarantees more efficient raw materials sorting. Due to this, the productivity of the plant has increased to 2000 kg/h. The condensation assembly differs from the standard version in that it serves two reactors at once.

TDP-2-2000 is likely to recap has TÜV NORD certificate, which indicates the quality of equipment and guarantees unhindered access to the European market.
