Safe Technologies representative report on Waste treatment at Far NorthThe Delegation of the Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous District in St. Petersburg hosted the Scientific and Practical Conference ‘Science and Innovative Technologies of St. Petersburg to Preserve the Ecology of Arctic Territories’ on October 17-18.

The representatives of political, scientific and industrial sectors of St. Petersburg and YANAO discussed existing technologies and developments, effective in the conditions of the Far North via video conference.

Safe Technologies Industrial Group presented its own innovative developments in the field of environmental challenges — neutralization of oil and gas waste by the example of implemented projects in the Yamal-Nenets Autonomous District. The presentation of the principle of operation of the waste Thermal Treatment Plant (KTO) and the Thermal Decomposition Plant (TDP), the validity of the efficiency of using this equipment in permafrost conditions, confirmed by years of experience, aroused keen interest of the representatives of the Yamal-Nenets Autonomous District.

Such events contribute to the development of scientific and technical cooperation between regions, enable companies to share their experience in solving various challenges.
