TDP-2-2000 for recycling industrial waste from Gazprom Neft facilities commissioned

In early July the continuous pyrolysis furnace TDP-2-2000 was successfully commissioned at the industrial and household waste landfill of Messoyakhaneftegaz (a joint venture between Gazprom Neft and Rosneft) in the presence of the Customer’s commission. The main purpose of the equipment is to utilize and recycle various oily wastes coming from the Messoyakha fields group.

Within the framework of the design work ST experts took into account the difficult climatic conditions of the Far North and proposed and implemented solutions to facilitate the operation of the plant in the future: the processing complex is erected on a pile foundation, loading and unloading units are moved outside the building; process control can be carried out automatically.

As a reminder, Messoyakhaneftegaz chose an integrated approach, which allows neutralizing a wide range of waste concurrently: in addition to the TDP-2-2000 cyclone incinerator KTO-50.Ц, designed for industrial wastewater disposal, as well as KTO-200.БМ.П furnace for MSW processing, were also delivered to the site.
