Superheater for IG Phosphorit shipped to the site

On September 7 Safe Technologies Inc.  shipped 1B superheater made specifically for Phosphorit Industrial Group LLC ( Kingisepp, Leningrad region). Delivery is made in compliance with all the terms stipulated in the contract. The equipment is intended for the production of steam by utilizing heat of the gases produced during the manufacturing process. The unit will be a part of the sulfuric acid production line, replace the previous superheater, that has not reached design parameters of cooling gases, and steam overheating.

Specialists of Safe Technologies Inc.  developed a project to finalize the design of the superheater. The new unit is expected to reach the required parameters at a flow rate of process gases 260,000 Nm³/h: gas inlet temperature of — 572 °C, outlet — 440 °C; superheating steam temperature at a pressure of 4 MPa — from 294°C to 440°C.

Installation work on the facility will begin in early October, after which the device will be immediately put into operation. Contractor installation work will be also performed by ST Inc.
