Safe Technologies at international exhibition Metalloobrabotka (Metalworking)-2015

May 25-29, 16th International Specialized Exhibition for Equipment, Instruments and Tools for the Metalworking Industry METALLOOBRABOTKA-2015 was held in Moscow. Safe Technologies presented the solutions for the metalworking industry facilities waste, used oils and coolant-cutting fluid, disposal and treatment.

At the booth of ST Industrial Group the participants were able to familiarize themselves with the latest equipment for the processing of industrial waste: Thermal Decomposition Plant and and Coolant Treatment Plant.

Thermal Decomposition Plant (UTD-2-800) allows to process waste oils (industrial, motor, transmission) in fuel oil. Plant capacity is up to 1500 kg/hour, continuous operation mode.

Coolant Treatment Plant consists of two production lines — wastewater treatment plant, brand name LPS, which purify industrial effluents into two streams: the liquid fraction, suitable for return to the process, and the residue, which is then subjected to thermal treatment in the incinerators, brand name KTO.

All the equipment of Safe Technologies make presented at the trade show is up to date and installed successfully at industrial facilities in various regions of Russia, providing environmentally safe disposal of waste.
