Regular shipment of equipment for the Lithuanian concern AB ACHEMA
At the end of February, another batch of equipment for the synthesis of a non-methanol formalin/UFC-85 plant with a production capacity of 100 thousand tons per year for the Lithuanian concern AB ACHEMA was dispatched from the production site of Safe Technologies. The reactor, recuperator, methanol vaporizers and other units of equipment were sent to the Customer.
Cooperation with ACHEMA is an important stage in strengthening the positions of ST IG in the European market under conditions of strong competition with leading foreign technology suppliers and manufacturers of similar equipment.
Recall that under the project, all the requirements of the Directive 2014/68/EU (PED), applied to devices operating under excessive pressure, are fully met. So, in the framework of certification of equipment carried out by TÜV Nord Baltik specialists, certificates of conformity were obtained for all units of the equipment shipped, including the key apparatus of non-methanol formalin/UFC-85 plant — the НХ3000В reactor (certificate No. 43S36513).
In addition, it should be noted that the welding production of Safe Technologies is certified for compliance with ISO 3834-2:2006 standard (certificate No. TNB MB MR 1612117 ENG), which confirms the high quality of the products.
After successfully passing the quality conformance procedure, reactors and other equipment manufactured by ST Inc. can be CE marked and imported into the EU countries.
