Oil and gas industry waste treatment equipment was presented at MIOGE-2015 Exhibition (VIDEO)
13th biennial Moscow International Oil & Gas (MIOGE) Exhibition was held in Moscow Expocentre on 23-26 of June 2015. This year, the exhibitors were counted up to 700 companies from 30 different countries. Gazprom, Lukoil, Safe Technologies Industrial Group, Tatneft, Transneft, Uralmash NGO Holding were among the national participants of the exhibition.
Oil&Gas-2015 exhibition is in the top five industries events of the world, it is held every two years and became the leading profiling trade show to study the activities of the oil and gas industry. This year the event is held on the eve of the 150th anniversary of the commercial oil production in Russia, with the support of the Ministry of Energy, Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment, Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation, the Federation Council and the State Duma of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation.
Safe Technologies Industrial Group presented small-sized pyrolysis plant UTD-2-200 designed for the continuous conversion of the hydrocarbon-containing waste into suitable for use products: liquid fuel and high quality mineral residue.
Comprehensive information and architectural models of Waste Thermal Treatment Plant, brand name KTO, which is capable of the environmentally safe disposal of solid waste and all kinds of industrial waste at the sites of oil production, were also demonstrated on the stand.
In addition to Waste Thermal Treatment Plant for the disposal of gaseous waste (including associated gas), Industrial Group has introduced an innovative project of a filling station, allowing the use of liquefied natural gas (LNG), compressed natural gas (CNG) and liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) as a transportation fuel.
The gas station project is currently under construction and installation work implemented in Vyborg, Russia. There are two cryogenic tanks of Industrial Group production, virtually the only national manufacturer of such equipment.
The specialists of the company have acquainted the visitors and exhibitors with the modular packed power stations designed to provide the electricity to trunk pipelines consumers. It is a brand new equipment model that was presented for the first time.
The equipment of Safe Technologies Industrial Group aroused great interest among the trade show visitors. The delegation headed by a member of the Board of Gazprom Oleg Aksyutin visited the stand of the company, and discussed the most important aspects in matters of gas production optimization, as well as the relevance of domestically produced equipment with the General Director of Safe Technologies. Today, the production facilities of Industrial Group is more than 10,000 square meters. They are located in several sites of the Leningrad region. The company is going to continue the expansion and modernization of production facilities.
Senior executives of Safe Technologies Industrial Group attended the 12th Russian Petroleum and Gas Congress, held within the exhibition, and took part in discussions. More than 1,000 delegates from 40 countries presented this year their reports to the Congress. Particular importance was given to the problems and issues of the oil and gas sphere in terms of the external economic sanctions. Industrial Group was the participant of the program of import substitution, offers the solutions for the waste treatment and produces a wide range of equipment for the oil and gas industry such as methanol production facilities, mobile compressor plants, solutions to natural gas usage and others.
Top managers and technicians of national companies (TyumenNIIgiprogas, RN-Uvatneftegaz, NGK Slavneft, NEFTEMASH Krasnodar Factory, Irkutsk Oil Company, TATNEFT) and representatives of foreign firms showed the interests to the waste thermal treatment equipment of Safe Technologies production.

Today, Safe Technologies Industrial Group is the only company that presented the technological solutions to the treatment and processing of oil and gas industry waste at the exhibition.
