Volgograd refinery of LUKOIL received the another batch of equipment for tube furnaces

At the end of May, another batch of products was shipped for the assembly of tube heating furnaces as part of the project to reconstruct the Crude-Vacuum-Unit-5 at the refinery of LUKOIL in Volgograd Region: the upper chamber of the convective section of the P-101 furnace and the lined framework of the radiation chamber of the P-201 furnace. Production of equipment was carried out immediately at two industrial sites of Safe Technologies — in the city of Ufa and in the city of Sosnovy Bor (Leningrad region).

The heating furnaces P-101 and P-201 are designed to heat the stripped oil before being fed into the distillation column. Dismantling of the customer’s old furnaces is scheduled for September of this year. Commissioning of new ones is expected in 2019.
