Landfill in Yamal-Nenets Autonomous District: project positive evaluation by the State Environmental Expert Review and equipment supply

March 16, 2015 the project Antipayuta Landfill in Tazovskiy District of Yamal-Nenets Autonomous District was positively evaluated by State Environmental Expert Review.

The Administration of the village Antipayuta ordered to carry out the landfill arrangement in July 2014 to address the problems of waste management. Elaboration of design documentation was completed by Safe Technologies Industrial Group, including positive evaluation by the State Environmental Expert Review.

The landfill will be fitted with warehouse for the storage of waste fractions, tanks for oily waste collection as well as with a modern incineration plant КТО-200.БM.П for municipal solid waste treatment with a capacity of 200 kg per hour and KTO-50.K20 for hazardous medical waste with a capacity of 50 kg per hour. Wastewater treatment plant will be installed at the landfill, particularly Liquid waste Purification System production of Osmotics, part of the Industrial Group.

According to the evaluation of the State Environmental Expert Review, the planned activity complies with the environmental requirements established by the legislation of the Russian Federation in the field of environmental protection. Impact on air, flora and fauna, water and land during the construction and operation of the facility, as well as the installed equipment is within the permissible values. A decision on the feasibility of an object was issued. The validity of the evaluation — 2 years.
