Heat recovery boiler to be installed at NOVATEK-Yurharovneftegaz methanol production facility

Heat recovery boiler manufactured at Sosnovy Bor Metal Works (Safe Technologies IG) was shipped to the client, NOVATEK-Yurharovneftegaz.

It was designed for heat recovery by removal of the process gas stream heat with inlet temperature 850°С. The heat recovery boiler is a part of the methanol production facility located at one of the NOVATEK oil-gas fields.

Refractory lining of the recovery boiler was prepared and installed at the in-house refractory lining shop. The material was selected individually according to the process specifications and with capability to withstand low environmental temperatures of the region.

Installation start up works to follow in the nearest future.
