APG treatment plant was made for JSC Lukoil
Safe Technologies manufactured Associated Petroleum Gas treatment unit by the order of JSC Lukoil and shipped it to the oil and gas field in Khanty-Mansi Autonomous District, Yugra on August 28, 2015.
The equipment is made in the framework of the project, providing APG utilization in the amount of no less than 95% in the field. The facility is designed for thermal destruction of off-spec and wastewater using APG as fuel.
Horizontal cyclone-vortex reactor provides wastewater treatment in the amount of 72 m3 per day and the associated gas utilization in the amount of 17,000 Nm3 per day. The plant is made in the form of modular buildings. Each of the three modules placed in the 40’ ft. container, which ensures prompt delivery and ease of installation of the plant at the site.
