Safe Technologies IG («Sosnovoborsk Machine-Building Plant«) will manufacture and deliver a leachate treatment station SOS-160.BM for CJSC Novgorod Special Autoservice. CJSC NSAH is the contractor on sanitary treatment and cleaning of Veliky Novgorod, as well as the supervising contractor for the construction of the second phase of the city municipal solid waste (MSW) landfill.
This project is carried out by SMZ on a turnkey basis and includes manufacturing and supply of equipment, supervised installation and commissioning, warranty tests and training of personnel.
The sewage treatment station SOS-160.BM.O with the capacity of 160 m3/hour will provide treatment of polluted effluents and leachate of Veliky Novgorod MSW landfill to the requirements of fishery water use. The process is based on the patented technology of waste water RO filtration supported by other filtration processes developed specifically for the problems of MSW landfills.
Earlier ST IG completed a number of major projects on landfill leachate treatment and effluents from garbage sorting complexes, namely leachate treatment system of Adler and Yuzhno-Sakhalinsk MSW landfills, Salaryevo landfill (Moscow region), garbage sorting complex in Astrakhan and others.
