Pitless drilling: TDP-2-2000 utilizes the sludge from under the drilling screw conveyor
Drill waste processing facility TDP-2-2000 was launched in the summer of 2017 at the territory of the Kuyumbinsk oil and gas field, developed by Slavneft-Krasnoyarskneftegaz. The modified equipment for continuous pyrolysis of the Safe Technologies production processes up to 50 tons of waste per day.
The operation of such facilities will enable extracting companies to avoid storing drilling waste in sludge pits and landfills. Note that the Russian Government recommends pitless drilling technology as the most efficient and environmentally friendly. In the framework of the contract, in addition to the manufacture and delivery of equipment, all the necessary works on site arrangement, commissioning and maintenance of the facility have been completed.
Pyrolysis plant TDP-2-2000 became as the result of the modernization of the internal device of TDP-2-800 plant. Recall that the latter, in turn, has been successfully operated in the oil and gas field since 2016, and during the year of operation, OAO NGK Slavneft managed to process about 12,000 tons of drilling sludge.
