UTD-2-800 was shipped to Smolensk region

Thermal Decomposition Plant, brand name UTD-2-800, was shipped from industrial site of Safe Technologies to the customer premises in Smolensk region on August 5, 2015.

UTD-2-800 will be installed on the premises of Edesko company for old tires treatment. The main purpose of the equipment is the production of carbon black, which is used as an additive in the manufacturing of new rubber products.

Other process outputs are liquid fuel oil and pyrolysis gas. The resulting synthetic fuel will provide a self-sustained and autonomous operational process of the facility. Hot water and steam will be used for the needs of the enterprise.
